Ratings and review counts are sourced from Google Places; Claimed Profile is identified separately from Human Verification, and directory inclusion does not certify a provider's clinical credentials.

Methodology
Listings are compiled from publicly available business records and the Google Places API. Ratings and review counts are shown as Google reports them. Directory counts on this page are read live from the production database and refreshed daily; provider totals are rounded down to the nearest hundred.
On sampling: figures describe the full active directory, including listings that are unclaimed, unverified, poorly rated, or missing data. We do not remove low-rated providers from the sample, so availability and rating figures here are not survivorship-filtered. Obvious seeded test records are excluded.
On what we do not measure: directory inclusion does not certify clinical credentials, and no figure on this page describes treatment safety or outcomes. Practitioner credentials shown on listings are reported by the provider. Medical Spa Locator does not query AI assistants and publishes no figure about what any assistant recommends.

Does the directory only include highly rated med spas?+
No. Figures on this page are drawn from the full active directory, including listings that are unclaimed, unverified, poorly rated, or missing data. We do not filter low-rated providers out of the sample, so availability and rating figures are not survivorship-filtered.
Does paying affect a listing’s rating, score, or trust status?+
No. Claiming or paying contributes zero to any trust or visibility score. Paid tiers can affect placement in search ordering, which is disclosed separately as Sponsored. Human Verification is a separate team review that payment cannot buy.
How many listings are Human Verified?+
Human Verification is a defined six-standard review process, published in full at /verification. It is newly established and listings are reviewed on an ongoing basis, so we do not publish a verified count on this page rather than quote a figure we cannot yet stand behind.
