Medical Spa Locator is a free directory that helps people find med spas in their city. We list 18,174+ providers across 1000+ cities in the United States, with ratings, review counts, treatment offerings, and contact information for each listing.
Our goal is simple: make it easier to compare med spas side by side before booking a consultation. Whether you are looking for Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, or body contouring, we help you find rated providers near you.
Where Our Data Comes From
Listings are compiled from publicly available business records and the Google Places API. This means the ratings, review counts, addresses, and phone numbers you see on our site come from Google's database of businesses.
We do not fabricate or alter ratings. The star ratings and review counts shown on each listing are pulled directly from Google and updated periodically to reflect current data.
Med spa owners can claim their listing to add photos, update contact details, and access premium features. Claimed listings are marked with a badge to distinguish them from auto-populated entries.

Thin listings are kept out of search
Listings with no Google reviews and no owner-provided content are excluded from our sitemap and marked noindex. You will not find empty placeholder pages in our search results — only providers with a real footprint.
Claimed listings are owner-verified
When a med spa owner claims their listing, they verify ownership and take responsibility for the information shown. Claimed listings are marked with a badge so you can distinguish them from auto-populated entries.
