Business listing data: Med spa listings on our directory are compiled from publicly available business records and the Google Places API. This includes business names, addresses, phone numbers, ratings, review counts, and service offerings.
Automatically collected data: We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to collect anonymized usage data including pages visited, time on site, device type, and general location (city-level). We do not collect IP addresses for identification purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Connect consumers with med spa providers via consultation request forms
- Forward lead inquiries to the relevant med spa
- Process listing claims and paid subscriptions
- Send transactional emails related to your account or inquiry
- Improve our website and services
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Lead information submitted through consultation forms is shared only with the specific med spa you selected.

- Stripe for payment processing (if you purchase a paid listing)

- Consultation request details are forwarded to the selected med spa
- Payment information is processed by Stripe (we do not store credit card numbers)
