By accessing and using MedicalSpaLocator.com (the Site), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Description of Service

Medical Spa Locator is an online directory that helps consumers find medical spa providers in the United States. We compile listings from publicly available data sources including the Google Places API. We are not a medical provider, do not provide medical advice, and do not guarantee the quality, safety, or credentials of any listed provider.

3. Listing Data

Business listings are compiled from publicly available records. Listings may include business names, addresses, phone numbers, ratings, review counts, and service offerings sourced from Google Places and other public databases.

We make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate but do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any listing. Business owners can claim their listing to update information directly.

4. Paid Subscriptions

Med spa owners may purchase paid listing tiers (Claimed, Premium, Enterprise) with additional features. Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your dashboard or by contacting us.

Refund policy: If you are not satisfied with your paid listing within the first 14 days, contact us for a full refund of your first month. After the 14-day period, payments are non-refundable but you may cancel to prevent future charges.

5. Consumer Inquiries

Consultation request forms on listing pages forward your information to the selected med spa. By submitting a consultation request, you consent to being contacted by that provider. Medical Spa Locator is not responsible for the response time, quality of service, or any interactions between you and a listed provider.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information through any form
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute listing data without permission
• Attempt to access restricted areas of the Site
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

7. Intellectual Property

The Site design, logos, and original content are owned by Medical Spa Locator. Listing data sourced from public records and third-party APIs is used in accordance with applicable terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided as-is without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that listings are accurate, complete, or current. We do not endorse, recommend, or guarantee any listed provider. Always verify credentials, licensing, and reviews independently before booking any medical procedure.

9. Limitation of Liability

Medical Spa Locator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any interactions with listed providers. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the preceding 12 months.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
