Young lady at the front desk makes this rating a 3-star. Respectful and followed policy but tone just seemed off. Maybe it’s the policy in general when booking/paying/tipping. Johanah’s massage service was great and attentive.

I had a facial with Jessica today, and she was absolutely amazing. It was one of the most luxurious and relaxing facials I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and taken care of. She was knowledgeable, explained each step, and tailored the treatment to my skin’s needs. Thank you! ❤️
