I had no less than 10 bruises and surprisingly they did not respond to my inquiry as to why I was so bruised. It was my first visit there and the owner was too busy to meet with me after she introduced herself or do my procedures because she was busy getting her own IV instead. Very disappointing and unprofessional. More
