I have never been to a sauna or to cold plunge before. But the staff was helpful, answered questions, took care of the facilities well. Overall a great experience and would recommend.

Love this experience. Love the set up. It’s nice and clean love the plants and bucket shower. Also, the bathroom has a nice set up with amenities. Love love love this is my new hobby and place to get hot and then chill!!
