I recently had another massage from Bethany Svoboda, she is a massage therapist inside Mind and Body Care Spa. I work out a lot, and love a god deep tissue, and Bethany is the best! She always leaves me like a noodle, happy and relaxed. The whole team at Mind and Body Care is kind and caring, and I cant recommend them enough!
