My mom and I had an appointment for tomorrow that they confirmed for us this morning and then called a few hours later to cancel saying they had “renovations” happening. Absolutely ruined a spa day we had been looking forward to when we booked this almost a month ago. They’ve lost our business.

Amazing! I got the full body massage and head spa package and absolutely loved it. The head spa and scalp massage was especially my favourite - that’s something that isn’t offered at many spas. Maya was lovely! Highly recommend!
