Was a member for 3 years. The quality of Masseuse they hire is going downhill. Very difficult to cancel a monthly subscription and any left-over unused massages expires. I was going there because of Pepsi, but since she left the last masseuse i had was “deep tissue” expert but barely massaged me. I could not believe the quality! More

Avoid at all cost, this place is a scam. I have 23 credits of massages which they are attempting to not let me access. The customer service is anything but what its supposed to be. I spoke to Michelle and she ignored everything i was saying and just kept repeating that i need to keep paying to use the credits i already have.
