My wife and I have been going to Kate's for years and love both Kate and Heather. They are both great at what they do. Kate is attentive and able to find problem areas even if I can't pinpoint them myself. It can take a night to realize the effects, but I always feel less sore after a massage.

I just had the best massage with Kate! She really listens to you when you express body concerns and she focuses on them heavily. I love the relaxed setting complete with the sweetest most docile dog. Very cute and casual place with A+ LMTs. Will be back for sure!

Kate’s massages are the only way I’m able to manage my stress and chronic body pain. She intuitive with the body and works on areas thoroughly so that the root of the issue is solved. As a person who needs extreme pressure she is capable of massaging me really. It’s always a pleasure to go in and relax and feel rejuvenated after!

I tried a lot of places around town, and then I went to Kate's. I've now been coming here for almost 10 years, and no one lives up to Heather or Kate! Wonderful people, amazing massage of all kinds, and a lovely set up. This is one of the places that makes me love Seattle.
