I came from out of town ( an hour and a half drive.) I told Harley I would be traveling to come to this appointment. He cancelled 25 min before the appointment and said he was stuck in traffic. I asked if he could squeeze me in the next day then, and he said no. Yikes. The experience was a turn off.
