Tracy is extremely knowledgeable and love what she does. Didn't feel rushed in any way. However, they moved downstairs at the clinic, and it doesn't feel you're at the Spa anymore. Medical patients and Aura Med Spa patients waits in the same seating area and use the same rooms. I hope that they will move back upstairs
