Kathy is amazing at what she does! I’ve seen a major improvement in my lip area and I’m looking forward to seeing absolute permanent results. I was getting hyperpigmentation in that area from at home hair removal, so coming to her has also helped reduce the hyperpigmentation. Thanks Kathy!

Kathy is great! For anyone new to electrolysis, Kathy does a great job explaining the process at your first appt. I very much appreciate Kathy’s honesty regarding frequency of needed appointments. The new office is very nice and close to downtown Grayslake.
