They go ABOVE AND BEYOND in customer service!! This location has the most professional and accommodating staff members I've ever interacted with at a business OF ANY KIND. Hands down!! I got the morpheus 8 treatment. I'm african American, and this was my first time getting this type of treatment on my skin. So naturally, I was terrified at first lol. Kaylee (I hope I'm remembering her name correctly) is an absolute all star!!! She knows exactly what she was doing and my results were fantastic!! PLESE ASK FOR HER! If you are a woman of color and want a morpheus 8 treatment, go this location and request Kaylee, I can't say it enough. I do have to say that my 2nd morpheus8 treatment results were extremely different than the 1st. I waited so long to post this review because I wanted to give things a chance to change or settle. It is very important to have an experienced person work on your face. The young woman who did my 2nd treatment was new, and very nice - so I volunteered to be her 1st client. IF YOU ARE BLACK .... PLEASE have an EXPERIENCED PERSON perform your 2nd treatment!!!!! If your 2nd morpheus8 is done improperly, it WILL leave you looking WORSE THAN BEFORE (which is what I'm trying really hard to reverse now). My 2nd treatment was done back in April, so I'm sure the person I'm referring to has had a chance to get better since then😊 But all in all, this place deserves 5 stars!! I had to include this 2nd paragraph to warn other women of color of potential outcomes, mainly on your 2nd treatment. This location is absolutely amazing - JUST ASK FOR KAYLEE!! Or someone who has been doing this for YEARS. That should go without saying lol, but hey, every pro had their 1st client!!

My lips look so much fuller and natural. Mark really knew what he was doing with the lip filler. I'm impressed with how he listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly that. LovMedSpa in Farmington, CT is hands down the best medspa I've tried. Clean, professional, and worth every penny. Would definitely recommend.

Walked out of LovMedSpa feeling like I'd actually been taken care of. The staff here is genuinely amazing, from check-in all the way through. Mark handled my Botox with real precision and put me completely at ease. He clearly knows what he's doing. I've been to other places in Farmington, CT, and the difference is noticeable. Everything felt professional but relaxed, not rushed or clinical. This is hands down the best medspa experience I've had. The results look natural, and honestly, the whole vibe there just works. Would definitely recommend.

I saw Jocyelne for a CO2 laser peel. I can't express how amazing the whole Lov MedSpa experience was. Clean, professional, explained the procedure thoroughly, and was just an overall great experience! I will definitely return for another CO2 laser peel and Hydrofacial. Great all around! I came to Lov MedSpa to get a hydro facial with Kayleigh. This was my first time ever getting a facial and I felt as though my Esthetician was equally knowledgeable and passionate about her work. Upon walking in, it was a very clean, professional, warm, and comfortable atmosphere. I had a great time; it was just what I needed. My skin feels incredibly light and deeply hydrated and I’m leaving feeling more knowledgeable about my skin and what it needs. I’m looking forward to maintaining the effort that she put into my skin in this session, as well as signing both myself and my significant other up to get a facial once a month :). First off let me say, Dr. Ahmed came in on a Thursday to do my procedure which was not a normal day in the office, so that kind of service already warrants 5 stars! The procedure I got was the CO2 fractional procedure which I’ve had at more than a few times and didn’t expect much but just a refreshed look but for the first time in my journey to no makeup, I went to work with no foundation!! I would definitely recommend getting this procedure at Lov Medspa and I can’t wait to get my next procedure.
